The holiday apartment is centrally located in Playa San Juan in a multi-family building with only 7 units. Underground parking is available in the building. There are many additional free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. The small balcony and the spacious roof terrace invite you to relax.
The sea, with its beautiful, kilometer-long promenade and numerous natural pools, is only 100 meters away. The sandy beach at the small fishing harbor is just a few minutes' walk.
The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator). It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed for adults), a bathroom, and a large open-plan living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen (including an electric stove/ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment).
A washing machine is located in the bathroom.
Bed linens, towels, and bath towels are included.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Restaurants and shops are located nearby, for example, just 100 meters away directly on the promenade with views of the island of La Gomera.
Playa San Juan is located in the south of Tenerife, directly on the Atlantic Ocean. The town is surrounded by banana and flower plantations. Playa San Juan has a small harbor, now used for fishing and offering berths for private boats. The town boasts two beaches: one directly by the harbor, protected by a breakwater, and another approximately 250 meters long to the south. The promenade stretches for kilometers along the waterfront, offering opportunities for long walks and sports activities.
Playa San Juan benefits from the consistently warm weather of southern Tenerife, yet remains pleasantly distinct from the mass tourism of Costa Adeje, Playa de las Americas, and Los Cristianos. The nearby TF-1 motorway provides excellent transport connections to both the north and south of the island. Tenerife South Airport is also easily accessible.
